Products

The art works we present  at arttogostore.se is original work ie. there is only one copy of each artwork. In the unique case that we present graphic magazines for sale, it is in a limited edition. It is clear how large the edition is for each graphic series. The graphic sheets are signed and numbered alternatively edited by the artist. EA (by the French épreuve d'artist, ie the artist's copy) and about 10 % of the numbered edition. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution, BUT our goal is to reproduce the works as close to 100 % as possible. We are happy to answer your questions regarding the "real" appearance of the product if you feel unsure.

Prices

All prices in the art galleries are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) including 25% VAT. We reserve the right for possible price changes caused by the supplier, incorrect printing in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserves the right to adjust the price

Payment methods

Payment is made by VISA / Mastercard account or credit card. Invoice is also good, contact: info@fo-ko.se The sum will be charged to your debit card in connection with the order being delivered to you. We use DIBS which is PCI DSS certified. DIBS uses 3D Secure, a global security standard, developed by VISA and Mastercard. The money is transferred using SSL encryption and the payment exchange is provided by the supplier DIBS. Orders

All orders will be handled the next day. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the nearest working day (ie if an order is made on Saturday, the order will be processed on Monday).

 Shipping & Deliveries

All goods are shipped by Post Nord within the Nordic region and to certain countries in nom Europe for delivery overseas with UPS. The regular delivery time is 5-10 working days. within Europe, overseas shipments may take a few extra days. In case of delayed delivery, the customer is asked to contact us as soon as possible at nfo@fo-ko.se Shipping and delivery within the Nordic region is free of charge for small to medium-sized works; where medium-sized artwork must not exceed 3 meters in circumference. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of a delayed delivery over a month. The responsibility for ordered goods is transferred to the customer only when the delivery is complete.

Returns

Retur skall Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the product is returned in undamaged condition. We follow the distance and home sales law. The product must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. The customer is asked to notify us and indicate in what way the customer considers the product to be incorrect. When the customer has notified us, we will send a prepaid return shipping note and instructions. Always report any complaints as soon as possible. The customer has, by law, a right of claim for the product for 3 years, provided that the defect can be invoked as the seller as originally, within 6 months from the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return freight when claiming the right of withdrawal. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.

Delivery not picked up

 If the customer fails to collect goods that the customer has ordered, the customer will be charged our cost to send packages back and forth as well as stock costs. The cost for this is currently SEK 550. Unpacked packages are not counted as cancellation of a purchase. According to Swedish law, the customer must always notify the company when using the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of order.

Handling of personal data

We do not save customer information for anything other than order fulfillment, according to PUL (Personal Data). The customer can always request correction, excerpts and that we remove the data from our database.

Force majeure

We accept no responsibility for delays / errors due to outside circumstances the company's prevailing such as labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missing delivery from supplier. Furthermore, no liability is assumed for any changes to products / product properties as modified by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control. Nor is the company liable for direct or indirect damage / loss that may occur for customers.
